Seven-year-old Stephanie Alonso was walking with her mother near a Navarro Pharmacy on Southwest 32nd Avenue and 22nd Street when the tragedy occurred around 4 p.m. According to reports, the driver of a red Nissan SUV, an elderly woman, accidentally pressed the gas instead of the brake while trying to park.
